“Lovely items for our daughters 1st birthday. Some of the screws were missing but we emailed that evening, had a response pretty much straight away and they sent a new set of screws within 48 hours. Great customer service.”

“Animal Ark - Product was beautiful however the functionality as a toy was disappointing and some aspects of the toy don't allow the child to play independently as will need adult assistance. I am unable to return as it is personalised. I have bought another one from a different place which provides a better play experience. I should have taken more care reading the product description.”

“No problem with items, delivery was on 6th day typically that day was out at the birthday party i was hoping to have present in time for, had no confirmation email or tracking option so had no idea when was going to turn up.
To put it shortly, items perfect, delivery and communication poor”

“i use my first years so much. I absoutley love their products. My little girls first birthday is coming up and i have bought a few a personalised items for this.
On one occasion, one of my products was lost in transit and The customer service team was amazing and dealt with me issue so quickly sending me out a replacement.
Overall, every experience i have with my first years has always be an amazing one. The free boxes the products come in are beautiful as well and can be kept for memories.”
