“I have bought from you before awhile ago . I recently ourchased to personilzed dressing gowns thinking they would come in twi gift boxes as for christmas. I enailed to ask about another box. Which they replied that they only come in one I should have ourchased anither bix. I k8ndly asjed if they woukd send me one free if cgarge but the answer was no. So thats why you have a 3⭐️ Beautiful oroducts jyst not gappy with the servuce.”

“Incorrect personalisation twice in a row for the Christmas Eve box I’ve bought. Quick to send out a new box the first time but it was still wrong, both with really silly mistakes that are clearly incorrect. Waiting to have a new one sent but waiting on a response to confirm. Big waste of time, resources, money and the incorrect boxes presumably are going straight to landfill. Such a shame there is no quality control with this company. Additionally the quality of the box itself is pretty basic, so that alongside the lack of care to get the personalisation correct makes it feel very unspecial. Maybe go see if you can get what you want elsewhere.”

“Placed my order on the 2nd dec & still haven’t received my order, I emailed you to tell you that evri have had my parcel since the 5th dec, to be told I had to wait up to 10 days, nothing has been delivered so I email you again on the 12th & I have now been told that an investigation has now been started by evri which will take up to 48 working hours for you to receive an update, in the meantime I will not receive my parcel in time for my granddaughter’s birthday on mon 15th dec! One very annoyed customer 😡”
