“The boxes came a long way, and they were crushed on one end. Thankfully the dolls were okay. I would suggest when sending a doll box within a shipper box, and the inside box is smaller, it needs some filling around it. I know ultimately the postal system is responsible for safe delivery. When I picked up the boxes (that were taped together on the outside), the postal clerk said, "I hope nothing is damaged". I'm truly glad everything was okay. I have to say I absolutely HATE the way manufacturers pack the dolls. First of all, the dolls are so tightly secured in their box, it's ridiculous! They have twist ties, plastic molds around the head and sometimes limbs, those plastic staples in the clothing, and something I have never seen before -- a little wisp of hair was sewn to the front of 2 of my girls' shirts. What is that about? My 2 girls have/had rubber bands so tight in their hair, I can't believe the exaggerated indentations. One of these girls had a horrendous hairstyle with her hair twisted around the rubber band, so now her hair looks awful. She looks like she could fly away. This is a shame, as the dolls are basically beautiful. I don't know how to fix that hair to make it look "human". I know about hot water dunks, but that's usually for wigs and not rooted heads. Overall, I love the dolls. I just have to think of a way to fix their hair.”

“It was my first purchase from this shop. And I felt a bit worried, because I needed shipping to Russia and you know it is a rather long journey. However everything went all right and the doll arrived safe and sound. The service was great and I'm totally happy with my purchase. Thanks a lot for nice work))”

“Extremely happy with this beautiful doll. Can't wait to see my little girls face when she opens it on Christmas Day. Quick delivery. Only criticism is that the extra clothes I ordered where placed inside the dolls box for shipping. I'm sure this will be the first of many dolls ordered from here.”

“Goods arrived on time. The dress, the bobble hat, the socks and the knickers fit the doll. I'm not entirely sure about the boots, but the Happy Kidz doll has rounded feet, which may not have helped.”

“I ordered this doll from US and was wondering how long will take to get it. However, the shipping and delivery were amazing. The doll arrived just in few days and in perfect condition. I just opened the box to check it but it is a Christmas gift so will be opened on Christmas day. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and the price especially considering how difficult is to find a boy doll.”

“Fantastic service as always. I ordered Gotz Happy Kidz Charlotte on Monday evening and she was here on Wednesday lunchtime! I knew the minute she was posted as I received an email. My Doll Best Friend keep you up to date every step of the way. Charlotte, herself, is absolutely stunning! She is so much prettier than she looks in photographs. I hope that Gotz make more dolls with this face sculpt in the future. She is very well made and has beautiful thick hair. All in all, a stress free experience - from the moment I placed my order to the moment she arrived (and very well packaged I might add). Thank you so much!”

“I have ordered a doll - Gotz Happy Kidz Marie Doll for my daughter for Christmas. The doll arrived really quickly and the communication about delivery and when it would arrive with me was excellent. The doll looks absolutely gorgeous and I have also ordered the unicorn horse to go with it. I am very happy with the fact I ordered this from My Doll Best Friend as the website is lovely and full of beautiful things and really easy to use. “I found the team at My Doll Best Friend to be incredibly helpful and patient! I purchased a couple of items recently for my daughters Xmas. I received great advice on which doll would be most suitable for a 4 year old prior to making a purchase. The items arrived promptly and well packaged, and are beautiful. I realised Inhad ordered the wrong hairdressing set and called to see if I could return and exchange it for the other one. Again, I received great advice on the phone and the team seemed to really care about their product. Would highly recommend.”
