“Speed of delivery very quick, good communication, great articles, I am very content with the shoes I bought for my dolls, they are of excellent quality and very beautiful. If there were any questions, I've always received helpful answers. Thank you very much! I highly recommend My Doll best Friend. The photo shows one of my dolls with her beautiful new burgundy shoes, she's a Götz play doll from the 90's I appreciate very much.”

“I was a little hesitant to order at first, but the process was so easy and the communications so nice that I will definitely be ordering more dolls from this store! I was kept up to date with the process and the doll was shipped quickly and she arrived here in the US much faster than I had thought. The cost of shipping was very reasonable! The doll arrived in perfect condition and the box was even perfect. There are other Gotz dolls that I want and this is where I will purchase them.”

“Last week I made my first purchase here in this wonderful shop,I orderd a Fun in Faith Esther. This adorable doll arrived in only 3 days-I am in Germany!!!She had been packed very nicely,and i could track the parcel all the time. Thank you so much,I am sure to buy again here in your great shop!”

“I recently purchased 'Rosie' a limited edition Gotz doll from My Doll Best Friend, she was received well packaged. There was good communication from My Doll Best Friend about my order. She arrived in good time. I have purchased two other items from this company and both arrived together well packaged. They also arrived in good time. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to buy either dolls or doll accessories.”

“Friendly and helpful costumer service. Maxine was outstanding, patient, and quick to help with a couple issues that arose during the buying process. Shipping was fast, but the shipping box was very flimsy leaving it and the doll's box battered in transit. Luckily, the doll was in perfect shape despite the rough journey, so I am overall quite happy with my experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“I bought Rosi from the Wichtel line. She is beautiful and I'm so pleased with the quality of the doll. I'm going to order more from this range.
