“Beautiful! Every child needs a perfect confidante... when I was a child, mine was a 12 inch doll that I still have. So it only seemed proper that my granddaughter have the same, which she will also cherish. I looked long and hard and Vestido Azul via My Doll Best Friend was perfect. My Doll Best Friend was reasonably priced, quick to despatch and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.”

“Впервые делала заказ на этом сайте, и вообще на иностранном сайте, поэтому беспокоилась как пройдёт заказ. Но всё оказалось предельно просто. На почту приходит инвойс, виды товаров, их сумма в валюте моей страны, оплата любыми удобными способами, все очень понятно. Я делала заказ даже без регистрации. Немного затянули с отправкой, ссылаясь на трудности логистики в связи с пандемией. Я пользовалась обратной связью на сайте, мне все любезно разъяснили, извинились и на следующий день обещали отправить, так и сделали. Предоставили трек для отслеживания. Посылка приехала быстро, получила курьером, так как ЕМС. Заказ соответствует, упаковка и куклы в порядке. Очень довольна покупкой! Спасибо! Однозначно рекомендую магазин и сама ещё с удовольствием совершу покупку при случае. Особенно если магазин порадует ещё скидками, как было перед новым годом! Удачи в бизнесе магазину!”

“В данном магазине покупала 15 кукол. Всё было хорошо, никаких претензий не пред, являла, хотя и встречались проблемы с прошивкой. Одна из этих 15 кукол пришла с дефектом на лице. Отсутствовало полброви. Я уведомил об этом магазин в день получения посылки. Прошло полмесяца. Я так и не дождалась от магазина предложений как мне получить качественную куклу вместо бракованный. Я заплатила деньги за качественную куклу и получила бракованную. Кукла с браком на лице мне не нужна. Вызывает разочарование от покупки и сама кукла с браком и не способность магазина решать проблемы с браком и такое наплевательское отношение к постоянным клиентам.”

We have written back to you many times and apologised. We have acknowledged there is paint from the eyebrow missing, and we are very sorry for this defect, and have offered several different solutions including store credit or refund. However, each time our reply has been met with a new suggestion from you for us to explore, because ultimately you want the doll. In the last email you asked for a new doll head, but we do not have doll heads here so to arrange something very custom like this we have to contact the supplier, and this all takes time. The solution is not finalised for this reason, and because we are out of stock to make a straightforward replacement. Sincerely, My Doll Best Friend

“Не в первый раз покупаю в этом магазине. Удобно, что можно посмотреть стоимость сразу в рублях, и она не изменится в момент оплаты. В Россию отправляют EMS, и всегда доставка до квартиры (удобно, коробочка-то не маленькая). Ещё нравится то, что есть эксклюзивные выпуски кукол Gotz, люблю их.”

“I ran across My Doll Best Friend on the Internet during 2020 with the RRFF doll craze when information/details were lacking elsewhere. For whatever reason, European sellers seemed to have all the scoop. Then in 2021 when I purchased Maru & Friends Valentina, I was sorry to see I had missed the boy doll since he appeared to be no longer available. An internet search linked me to My Doll Best Friend and the rest is history so to speak. I had a question about shipping & customer service was extremely helpful.”

“Excellent service, although I did choose to pay extra for the package to cross the ocean given it was being mailed at holiday time. I did the payments with Partial.ly and that went well, too. Once it was sent, it came fast and well packed. Thanks again for another great experience.”
