“Very good service, friendly staff. My doll arrived very quickly in Ukraine. The packaging was reliable enough, all the inner boxes were intact, the doll was perfect. Another Minouche added to my collection. There are still quite a few dolls here that interest me.”

“My daughter who is 4 has not seen the doll and carrier yet as it is for Christmas, however, I can not wait to give her it!. The doll arrived in a beautiful box and is even nicer than I had imagined. The doll smells amazing. I am super excited to see my daughter's face when she opens it. Thank you.”

“Fantastic customer service always a little wary of new websites. But don’t be the customer service team also contacted me when I ordered the wrong dress for the doll instead of sending something that wouldn’t fit they told me and refunded the cost. Fast delivery well packaged beautiful doll can’t wait to give it to my daughter”
