“I have been buying from My Doll Best Friend for many years and have never been disappointed. The items are varied, well packaged and delivered promptly. The prices are excellent. And what can I say about the happiness of being able to buy a Gotz doll of only 250 pieces: the famous Chosen Happy Kidz. An extraordinary chance.”

“I have ordered a couple of things from My Doll Best Friend on different occasions. Once the order is placed, it always arrives quickly and is well packaged. Communication by email on the progress of the order is also good. However, I find the website irritating, as when I tried to add more than one item to my basket, what was already there disappeared. The response from the team when I queried this wasn’t great either; just a rather abrupt email. They do not answer the phone.”

“This was the first time I've had a problem with a delivery from My Doll Best Friend Ltd. I wasn't receiving updates from the final carrier after they had given me a delivery window, although I had set up to receive texts. When I contacted that company, they said they didn't have the parcel yet and to contact the vendor, so I did. The delivery window was just "expected" when they made the label. I'm on the other side of the world, so I knew MDBF were closed. However, the next morning I had a personal reply saying a ticket had been opened with the original shipper. Shortly after that, tracking showed that the parcel had moved to another location. I don't know if they found it because of the ticket, but it was very quick and excellent service. The parcel had some other adventures with the final carrier, due to a train mechanical problem but arrived within the two weeks expected. The final vendor gave me only the final two updates: Out for delivery and Delivered, and I've left a less flattering review with them regarding giving a meaningless delivery window. I definitely will order from MDBF again!”
