“I discovered this store by accident and was immediately lucky to become the owner of an exclusive Ava doll, when I filled out the questionnaire I did not believe that I would receive a "letter of happiness", but this time luck smiled on me, which I am very glad about. I got the doll pretty quickly. I recommend this seller to everyone.”

“I brought doll as Xmas for my daughter. Was perfect. Was unaware it cry’s and calls for mum and dad. So this was a nice surprise which my daughter established. Good size perfect for a 5-10 year olds gift.”

Dear Anthea, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so pleased to hear it was easy to order and your doll arrived quickly. We were surprised to hear you could find this doll anywhere else in the UK, as the brand is very seldomly sold here, let alone cheaper. It was a 2020 doll model as it said in the title, which we reordered this year as it had been popular. At first, we thought a retailer perhaps had older stock that had been reduced. However, we took a look and found an advert in Google for a website purporting to sell this doll, but when we clicked through to the website from the advert our US Bitdefender firewall alerted us and the page was blocked for our protection, thank goodness. We have come across two such companies this week alone and it is a real worry that customers will fall victim to untrustworthy businesses/websites. We have retailed dolls since 2012 and are well-known for our good service, good products and fair prices. Thank you for your correspondence by email after leaving the review to confirm this was the same website. Thank you for shopping with us. Kind regards, My Doll Best Friend

“Good afternoon! Finally today I received a package with my doll. The store sent the order within a week, delivery in Europe was also about a week, but in Bulgaria the customs clearance took two whole weeks. And now my girl is home! I really liked the store’s service: prompt responses, information about every step of placing an order, friendly attitude towards customers. I recommend to all!”

“The doll is nice but not in good condition. The legs are too loose, so that she could barely stand. And the delivery was very long and the costum fees have been too high. I paid for the doll over 200€. That has been the last Chosen doll for me.”
