“Friendly and professional service. Very quick in getting the ball rolling when things are straightforward. However, the communication does drop if you run into any snags along the way. Overall, I would still recommend 😊”

“Some great staff but some not so cannot fault Oliver he was great always got back to us was confused at how many times I kept getting txts and emails asking for do I want finance/complete finance app when it was already done but overall a positive experience would recommend but I guess depends on what staff member you get like others have said”

“If you request the funds to be sent on a particular day I would phone and make sure this is being done on the day as mine was processed 24 hours late so I had to keep chasing on the day of my car pick up to get the funds through quickly. Luckily they were very supportive and quick in doing this to make up for their error.”
