“Very happy with the service. The only issue was My Car Credit was not on the list of approved dealers for some of the dealerships I was looking at, therefore was unable to use those dealers. However, the service provided by My Car Credit was very good and I managed to find another dealer willing to work with them easily and got the vehicle I wanted. Thanks My Car Credit”

“Always difficult to put yourself in the persons shoes that’s supposed to be managing and monitoring your account- ultimately for me anyway it’s important to be the recipient of an enthusiastic and helpful demeanour and sometimes I appreciate that it’s difficult to create that attitude when there is a million and one other things going on in your life…Also in my view, it’s always important to be forthright.Overall it’s was a reasonable experience.”

“Overall, I am happy with the outcome, it took a while with a lot of phone calls from myself to get updated information, and speaking with a lot of individuals rather than my case handler. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from was very difficult to contact and sent the wrong address on the invoice a couple of times, holding up the process for 3 days, but very polite and friendly people to deal with.”
