“Absolutely shocking service, was told to e sign a document so that I can go and view a car, they’ve then proceeded to put this car on my credit file even though I declined the car. Now that this is on my credit file they still won’t admit fault for this and I have been waiting for 12 days for an email confirmation to confirm I do not have finance on this vehicle. Poor from start to finish, quick to take a sale but don’t want to know when you have a complaint to make. Shocking.”
