“Excellent service from my initial inquiry right up to the payment for my new car. The whole process was so quick and everything was done by email and the odd phone call or two. Very impressed with this company's superb customer service - just like it used to be. The staff were so helpful, even with my annoying questions nothing was a problem for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on car finance and really helpful staff to make your whole experience relaxed and stress free. 5 Stars all the way!”

“Very good experience throughout the process. The team were very helpful and got me the finance i required. Once i had chosen a car the process was very quick and smooth. “Really pleased with the customer service and help I received during my purchase. The whole team are very helpful Becky and Chris couldn't have been more helpful and professional. The process is relatively quick and I was helped and advised along the way. Only small critism and this is nothing on the staff is the closing times on a Saturday as I work Monday -Friday the weekends were the only time I had available. I missed an opertunity for one of the cars i had seen and really wanted as I was waiting to see if the dealership was ok for MCC to work with and was confirmed too late and the car was sold. Like I said I am still happy with help I received. Thanks Helen”

“At the start of the process I was ready for a refusal..one call and half hour later and that all changed,the staff were brilliant and couldn't praise them enough. They sorted everythink and now I've got the I wanted. Many thanks from one happy customer.”

“From the minute I applied, the staff were very helpful. Constantly keeping me updated from the beginning to the end of the process. I had Kirsty & Becky helping me and I found them to be very helpful , polite and professional with all dealings I had with them . “Brilliant company. kirstie was dealing with my finance and was brilliant in ever aspect, everything was sorted extremely quickly and professionaly and the whole process took less than a week. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for car finance who wants a no hassle approach and to be driving away there new car within the week.”

“Forgot to add the fact they were also unable to tell me about the early redemption fees and suggested I would find out when I came to pay off the loan early!! The chap I spoke to was clueless and clearly not able to disclose material facts pertaining to the loan he was offering - again against FCA guidelines.”

“easy process to get finance. Applied over weekend and sales agent was in touch with me first thing Monday morning. Was approved sameday but delays due to the funder wanting to see hard copies of my documents instead of doing it all electronically. This broker however was quick to get me approved so a massive thumbs up from me”
