“If I could give Leah My advisor a 10 star rating I would, I am very passionate about Customer service and the treatment I got from Leah was first class, so friendly so helpful made me laugh and smile during phone calls, and most importantly didn’t make me feel embarrassed for having bad credit and got the job done. “I contacted My Car Credit and spoke with Callie Jones. Callie was knowledgable and was quick to provide information to help me personalise a plan to suit what I wanted. Callie was very customer focused and before I knew it, she had arranged everything for me. I found the whole process very easy because Callie and My Car Credit did an excellent job.”

“After phoning and leaving messages for my first contact and told I would get call backs which never came I was not impressed with this company at all. I started to look for an other provider. Then a young lady took over my account and all I can say she was fantastic. From her taking over my account the process was great and so was the service, very fast and painless and she kept me informed all of the way, from there on it was as smooth as silk. If she had been my advisor then I would have given an excelent rating on the service”

“Dealing with my car credit was easy from the start. Callie was my advisor and nothing was too big or too small a problem for her to sort out. Everything was done for me except for finding a car which was very quick and easy to do. I would recommend my car credit to anyone”
