“You need to call to find out what they need. They don't call you, they don't send you an email requesting anything, it's only when you call that you find out what they need. Delay in the process I ended up losing two vehicles because they were sold due to the delay.”

“Initially the whole process was a nightmare. The person who answered the telephone wanted sacking! Called me ‘love’ and never passed on appropriate messages. If I hadn’t wanted this particular car then I’d have given up! Eventually I go through to a professional hooray! Things went great from there so thank you David.”
