“Being the first time I’ve taken out car finance, I was unsure on the whole process but after speaking with My Car Credit, I felt at ease. Everything was explained to me and any questions I had were answered in detail. A massive thank you to Adam and Leah who both spoke and dealt with my application and finance process. They were constantly in contact with updates on the process and when I had questions and queries, they were on hand to find out answers as soon as possible. I can’t thank them enough for the help and advice that they gave! The application was quick and easy and the process of getting me my new car was simple and I had the car within a couple of days! I couldn’t have asked for better service, I’d 100% recommend My Car Credit!”

“Good to start off with but quickly declined. Messed up invoicing process despite being told by myself and the car dealer where the errors were. This meant that the car was delayed in getting to me. I constantly had to ring and chase (6 times over 2 working days) and was told something new each time. On the phone I was patronised and staff were unhelpful. I asked for my case to be escalated and compensation and was told there was no process. It felt like my car credit couldn’t understand the invoices even through they were correct. They didn’t listen to myself or my car dealer and refused to take responsibility for causing delays. They weren’t apologetic or accepting of my needs.”
