“Very professional service and extremely helpful on the telephone. Finance was approved quickly and car ordered within 20 minutes. Massive thank you to Leah on the telephone who was very polite and friendly and took away all the stress I was feeling while trying to sort out the finance for my vehicle.”

“I wasn’t kept as up to date as I would of liked and did have to chase up for answers. I had emails confirming to collect my car yet I haven’t been able to collect as funds haven’t cleared. This is slightly disappointing as I booked time off work based on emails received. Having said that Customer Service team are friendly and do answer any questions you have.”

“This was my first experience dealing with any kind of credit/finance companies and my agent Chris Vickers was extremely helpful,I had previously checked about online and called a few garages etc but Chris got me the best deal I had been offered,at a rate of repayments around £70pm cheaper than what I had budgeted for, overall a good experience and cannot recommend enough to anyone who's been struggling to get a car”

“Easy to register and req set a quote. Fast response by both email and text as I requested. The best part though is customer service. The fact I have names person looking after my account and I have a direct line to them is brilliant and makes contacting so much easier. She knew who I was and why I was calling straight away where as other companies you might speak to a different person with every call. Brilliant service. The garage I bought my car from also advised me of how easy to work with you were. Thank you callie for your help”
