“Prompt response to my initial enquiry. Friendly efficient staff, NO !! sloping shoulders "Sorry it's not my responsibly" I dealt with 3 different staff members due to meetings or they were unable at the time to talk. Each member of staff knew exactly at what stage of my credit process I was at and supported me with the answer and requirements. I cannot praise the guys and girls enough at My Car Credit. Their attention to detail and swift actions provided me zero to signed agreement and payment to my choose dealer within days. It was that quick I didn't have to provide a deposit to secure the car with the dealer. I have now firmly saved the details of My Car Credit and they will be receiving my next application for finance on my next purchase. I'm very picky and these guys and girls went beyond the call of duty but I doubt it's a one off and do this day in day out for every customer; it's a culture of talented, effective and customer focus team. Well done My Car Credit 10 out of 10”

“Had a very smooth transaction with My Car Credit. I am very happy with the finance terms, very low apr! Not easy to find that in today's day and age. “Promised an acceptance with good news!! Of course a lie. You then have to send 3 months of bank statements then they don't believe you. They say that the corners don't look right and they cannot read them. Went to a different broker and they got me a deal with the same finance company this company use. They are slow and never return calls. Avoid.”

“A good service for people like myself with a poor credit score. I compared the interest rate with another two car finance company's and my car credit was hundreds of pounds cheaper. Make sure you borrow as little as possible and over the shortest possible time and you can benefit from this sub prime service. One of the great things you can do is make overpayments and further reduce your interest rate. If you're after an expensive car this might not be the right product for you. Make sure you as as many questions as possible, so you don't get any unpleasant suprises.”

“Leah was very shocked I called back but glad I did to able to deal with my situation, although there was lots of calls and lots of faults with emails back and forth to the garage time was of the essence and she finally got things in order for me and greatly appreciated her advice and help very bubbly personality on the phone .”
