“After having a really rocky experience trying to get my finance and the dealer approved, I was sent to MCC. The service was excellent! Callie talked me through the entire process, and kept me at ease for my first finance application. She talked me through the docs, helped me when I had issues with proofs, I could have asked for a more helpful a person! The rest of the team I dealt with were informative and friendly. I can't thank MCC enough for all the help they have given me, next time I'll go straight to them with my finance!”

“My journey with this company was super straight forward with excellent customer service from all the team, they were so very efficient, working fairly quick to get things done. Once my finance was approved and I found a car, they couldn’t have done more to get it all sorted within a short amount of time, and it felt completely stress free. “Callie was professional in guiding me through the process of acquiring a loan. She dealt with the salesmen at a large national car dealer, although at times this was quite frustrating for both of us. She finished the paperwork in the speediest time she could for me to pick up my car tomorrow. She and the other staff, Brianna, Joe and Michael were always polite, and went out of their way to ensure this more than satisfactory conclusion. Thanks to all at My Car Credit in driving home my deal.”
