Although efficient and speedy, pre approved rate wasn’t as advertised and they gotten wage wrong in the affordability section which could of affected my APR considerably

Our pre-approved rates are generated based on the information provided at the time of application; on confirming the information with one of our Advisors your application was updated to rectify the incorrect wage details submitted from your initial application. Some of this was unavoidable due to the due diligence we perform on behalf of the lender, as well as the franchise dealer with their own additional processes. Process was so easy. I applied online and then dealt with Leah. She was fantastic, kept me updated and answered any questions I had. Got a great APR and the customer service levels were brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Overall straight forward process and excellent service from my car credit but would recommend them having a process where the client can track the whole process online (from the application acceptance to money being paid out to the dealer) as it saves the client from calling my car credit for progress updates.

You need to call to find out what they need. They don't call you, they don't send you an email requesting anything, it's only when you call that you find out what they need. Delay in the process I ended up losing two vehicles because they were sold due to the delay.

Initially the whole process was a nightmare. The person who answered the telephone wanted sacking! Called me ‘love’ and never passed on appropriate messages. If I hadn’t wanted this particular car then I’d have given up! Eventually I go through to a professional hooray! Things went great from there so thank you David.

Absolutely shocking! Brianna, from mycarcredit was wonderful and needs mention as being fantastic. However, the "approved dealer" is a complete disappointment. I haven' heard from them even though my finance was approved 10 days ago. I have had to call repeatedly to find out when I can collect the vehicle, only to be given one excuse after the next and promised a call, but have yet to get that call. I suggest you look at who your approved dealers are, because I had to settle on a car which wasn't the best price or lowest mileage because it had to be one of yours, but I haven't heard from them, have heard every excuse, and am now wondering if this is all a scam, or if the vehicle is in such bad condition that I was mislead. I am cancelling the whole transaction and will go elsewhere where I can hopefully finance a vehicle I can actually collect before I start paying for it.
