Very positive experience from the first contact. All team members that dealt with my application were excellent - supportive and understanding. Eventually, I had to pull out of the deal last minute due to change of mind about vehicle and, yet again, I received support and empathy and left with positive feeling and overall experience. Would highly recommend.
