“Exceptional service. My customer service agent Chelsea was so helpful and understanding and if Chelsea was unavailable, then other members of staff would always be willing to help with any questions or problems. I would defiantly recommend My Car Credit, easy fast and fuss free.”

“Originally I was being taken care of by another car finance company, who initially were very good. However, they started to mess things up after about a week. In frustration I then started an Internet search for car finance and mycarcredit came up. Wow - very quick off the mark and this continued right up until the very end of the process where everything ground to a halt as my passport had expired and I don't have a photo card licence. So proof of ID was an issue for the lenders. Being frustrated yet again I telephoned the lenders directly and sorted everything out myself. Then informed mycarcredit that the funds had been released to them. All of the issues were because of a glitch in the system whilst doing the online signing of the agreement, which caused the account to be suspended. Once this was reactivated due to my telephone call it was plain sailing. Overall I would say that mycarcredit is much better than its rivals. Fast, efficient service and your agents are very approachable and helpful. I was amazed at the speed of your initial work. You did in an hour what the other brokers that I dealt with failed to do in five days. Well done. And I would definitely recommend you in the future.”

“The service from Chelsea was excellent, she was easy to talk to, very polite and explained everything to me perfectly. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. “Waste of time.. Told me i was approved only to forward me on to Amigo Loans lool... Why not just state that if you have poor credit you will need a guarantor?? Absolute garbage! Dont bother unless your credit is good... My credit score is 607 if yours is the same or lower than that do not bother with this company. The offer i received was a shambles.. £7000 paying back £277 a month for 60 months.. Thats nearly £17000!! What a joke only a complete fool would ever do that. SMH”
