“From starting the application on Sunday afternoon I drove away in my new car on the Thursday afternoon. The process was quickly executed with a dedicated account manager. I only have one piece of feedback and that would be to describe the application process on the first call so the customer knows what they need to do and when. Otherwise I highly recommend My Car Credit”

“The time from application to loan being paid out was very swift. My handler...James was great. Very very helpful...gives you all the options and de-escalate the stress of the process. Very nice to have that sort of person at the other end of the phone when you're making these decisions.”

“Callie, has been wonderful! A real help ! I am newly divorced never owned a car in my life, Callie has helped me so much and has been so patient whilst I was trying to organise myself in terms of what car to buy! “I filled out an application and got a conditional approval straight away, which was great. Since I live in an area with no phone signal I emailed the address in the response I got (a guy called James) to ask him to send me details of the next steps. Never got a reply. Then got a template email a day later asking me to call them to progress the application. Emailed again to say I couldn't call, but if they'd email me details of what they needed (I assume proof of salary etc) then I'd get right on it. No reply again. Finally I get another template email saying 'we've been trying to get in touch with you but we've not heard from you so we'll withdraw your application if we don't hear from you' Each of these emails gave me the option to contact them by phone or email, and each time I emailed them straight away, explaining that I couldn't phone, and got ignored. Either respond to your emails or at least don't claim it's a viable way to contact you.”

“I applied online and within the hour I was called by a member of Staff. Toni provided a great service throughout the whole process and was able to confirm the maximum a lender is willing to lend me with 0% deposit and bad credit history within hours. The process can be a little jarring in regards to finding a vehicle that fits the lenders criteria (car cannot be older than 8 years and mileage to be under 100,000), also the car has to be approved along with the dealership which can take some time but Toni was very helpful in this aspect and was constantly chasing up the lender to get an update. Overall I was happy with my experience and would definitely recommend others.”
