“Quick an easy proccess. Simple from the start. Some confusion at times regarding which stage the process was in and finalising payment to the dealer but overall great experience. 5* for Sam she was great very helpful and always answered any questions”

“Buying a car was a very stressful experience for me due to being let down by a dealership last minute however Grant and the team at my car credit has been fantastic. They did their best to help me wherever possible. That involved many phone calls as I was frantically trying to find a new car. So helpful and friendly. I honestly could not thank them enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone. And Grant deserves a pay rise for putting up with my frantic madness!”

“All the staff I spoke to were friendly, bubbly and helpful. They answered all of my questions confidently and I felt reassured throughout. Things moved along very quickly; they were great at communicating with the dealership to get things sorted. Only downside is they weren't the most proactive with calling me with updates, don't feel like that's worth knocking a star off howeve, as they were more than happy to update me each time I called. Got a fantastic rate, and pick up my new car tomorrow, so I'm really happy!”

“Relatively painless process and got me a much better rate than competitors were able to offer, which is all that matters. So I'm very happy. They were often slow to contact with news and the paperwork element at the end was confusing. But otherwise great.”
