“Okay, received the car I chose only about 3 days after my application but took the team over 5 hours to change a simple document, then told me I’d get a call back once they’d heard something but I wasn’t called, then when I picked up my car from a dealership they added another £100 fee which I had heard nothing about previously, not the best service but got the job done I guess”

“If Carlsberg did motor finance! The advisor, Andy, was absolutely brilliant and knew his stuff, he was polite, understanding and very professional all the way through. Seriously this guy needs promoting as soon as possible, or at least given a bonus. If anybody needs financing I cant recommend this company enough, and would recommend Andy as your advisor. This guy is just superb, so much so that if I had a daughter I would be happy to marry her off to him. Thank you Andy and MyCarCredit, as Arnie once said, I'll be back.”
