“5 star service from My Car Credit, it is a very straight forward process for obtaining car finance at a great rate. I couldn't be happier with the process in general but have to thank Melissa Sadler for her help and the amazing service she provides, she was so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to help me and to make sure I was kept up to date every step of the way. She even stayed back late on her Friday shift to get me a decision so that I could let the car dealer know that I was able to go ahead. It's very rare these days to find a company where you can contact one dedicated person directly and know you'll get an instant reply and feel as though the adviser cares. Melissa got me an almost instant decision and secured me a great rate. The money will be in my bank by 6pm on Tuesday, having only applied late on Friday afternoon. Would 100% recommend this service to friends and family. Thanks My Car Credit & Melissa!”
