“It is okay for using with a CD but problems with anything thicker. I required one with a longer shaft to accommodate a thicker clock face.”

Good morning Tor, Many thanks for your order however sorry to read that you have been having issues sending and receiving emails from us. An automated email is sent from our warehouse system once the order has been packed and processed, so it maybe worth adding order.update@blankproducts.co.uk to your address book to ensure that any further emails are received. Our main email address is monitored by our staff throughout the working day and on checking, I am unable to find any received from this email address. We do have an online chat so any queries can be answered through this as an alternative to sending an email. To confirm, you placed your order on Saturday 3rd April and it was despatched by Airmail service on Monday 6th April so it maybe worth checking with the Norway postal service to see if they are holding the package due to any import fees that maybe required. As you can see from the many reviews left below, that we are very much still in business and with great comments about our products and service, I hope that the above advice helps with any future orders that you have from us. “I have no problem with your service, but a real problem with the fold-out mini stand. It breaks so easily i have used five already. I would be interested in your view on this problem. The shipping was fast and packing superb. Eamon.”

Good morning Eamon, Many thanks for your review and great comments regarding our shipping and packaging of our products. I am surprised at the comment regarding the fold out stand fridge magnet as we haven't had any bad feedback from other customers about them and our stock is all ok. Just for confirmation, when the magnet is despatched, the stand is attached to the main body and should only be removed by the receipient. Once removed, it is then placed in the slots provided to use in either the portrait or landscape format. The stand then remains separate from the magnet body to be kept in the stand slots. “The postage is quick, items are decent but as I make batch keyrings and store some before shipping I have found that they rust, so you have to strip them off again and replace them with new ones, time is money, and over 200 keyring chains wasted.”

“Easy purchase and received really quickly. The only thing that I didn't particularly like was that there was no padding on the placemats other than the outer box and foam wrap. But there was tonnes of paper on the topside of the box”

Good afternoon Jaimie-Leigh, Many thanks for your order and for leaving us a review however sorry to read that you weren't in favour of the way the packaging was used. In our experience, we have found that packing the placemats flat on the bottom of the box is better than placing on packing paper underneath them. As they have foam bases which protect them against each other, the strong box base keeps them flat and prevents breakages during transit. The paper on the topside of the box is there to pack out the remaining space and prevent any movement. Kind regards Michelle My-Accessories.co.uk
