“Great products at great prices.... HOWEVER! £7.95 for 24 hr delivery I don't mind.... although a little expensive. It took 72 Hours and wasn't despatched until 36 hours after I ordered it. Just a little gripe but when you are paying a large amount for your purchase in postage you expect a service as advertised (24 hours). This isn't the first time this has happened and I left the same review last year and the year before??”

Good afternoon, Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding your latest order and glad that you like the products and the prices that we charge for them. I was surprised at your comments regarding delivery and I have checked on the timescales on your orders and see that they were both placed after our 2pm same day despatch cut off time and therefore were processed the following day. This deadline has to be adhered to as all parcels have to be ready for our courier pickup time slot as drivers are not allowed to wait. The courier then delivered at some point during the next day. The original order that you had from us was placed and despatched on the same day by 1st class Royal Mail. We have therefore sent orders within the delivery guide lines that we state on our website. If you find that you need delivery by the next working day, please ensure that it is placed before this 2pm deadline. Please also note that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday as our warehouse is closed on a Saturday and Sunday. Kind regards Michelle My-Accessories.co.uk

“The service was excellent this time. Unfortunately the service from their courier is a disgrace. Last 4 occasions I have collected from the courier depot. They only deliver in the evening when I am at work and frequently fail to deliver on a Friday after advising me of a Friday delivery.”

Good morning Anthony, I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that our courier uses in Finland. As you have mentioned in the past, deliveries are only on specific days and so this does delay things sometimes. We can look to use an alternative in the future if you prefer. I'm sorry to hear that your order has not yet been received Lee as it was processed and despatched within an hour of you placing the order with us. On checking the details of the order, I see that unfortunately, some of the address information was missing and therefore this is maybe what's causing the delay with delivery by Royal Mail.
