“I recently ordered some keyrings 50 mm by 35 mm and some of them are not secure enough. So I add the photo inside and normally, once you press the glass face on to secure the photo inside, then everything is locked in tight. With this order, many of the keyrings are loose so if you tap the keyring on the table a few times, the photo just falls out. I cannot sell these to clients. Some of them have worked so I have made do but not happy with this and would be happy to send my remaining ones back!”

“excellent service, fast efficient delivery, well informed and time of arrival was spot on. The product is really good value for money and when assembled with a photo insert it looked really good.I will certainly use this company again and would recommend them without hesitation. “I have used this company loads of times only ever had a couple of problems the a couple of pens cracked nothing major an once not all items arrived but they quickly dealt with that. I will always use this company for my blanks just a shame they dont sell packaging aswel tho like boxes or something to put pens an keyrings in once been done as gifts. Excellent company. Thanks”
