Good morning Keith, Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review and glad to hear that you are happy with the products that you received. Regarding the couriers that we use, the majority of the time deliveries all go smoothly however there is the odd exception which can cause an unexpected delay. We do our upmost to resolve these issues as soon as we are made aware of them so should you have any problems in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll look into it for you. Kind regards Michelle My-Accessories.co.uk
