“Brought bottle opener key rings (to personalise) as a school Father’s Day gift fundraiser. Products. Also brought insert cutting tool. Order arrived the next day. Sturdy product, protectively wrapped so Perspex not marked. Cutting tool has made prep for insert fingerprint creations so much easier. Would use you again for sure. Thank you”

Good morning Hazel, Thank you for your order which I can confirm was processed and despatched yesterday via your chosen delivery service of Royal Mail 1st class post. As you ordered on Thursday 2nd May which was the first day of the extended Bank Holiday Weekend and therefore our premises closed, your order was processed on our first day back. An order confirmation email is sent once the payment process has been completed and a despatch email is sent from our warehouse system once the order has been packed which includes the tracking or reference number for the parcel. It also has a VAT invoice attached in a pdf format. If you didn't receive this email, it maybe worth checking your spam/junk folder as it may have been directed to there. “I have ordered blank paperweights on several occasions in which I then include my own original paintings. They make wonderful gifts which I sell at my exhibitions. Orders always arrive quickly and are good quality. Will continue to use this company.”

“This company provides an excellent and ,outstanding service to customers , ordering is very easy on the website and delivery is within a day in my experience ,if you have to contact customer service they are quick at responding and Michelle helped me to order the exact product that I needed by sending a link to website . The thread length is included in the description tab below the product image which also gives details for the hand lengths, so unfortunate that you didn't see this information before you made your purchase so you could check it matched your current clock mechanism dimensions.
