“Pricing of my item was great but really disappointed that the cost of postage was more than what I spent :( I need to purchase more in the future but am trying to look elsewhere for a better postage rate sorry :(”

The cost of the shipping is determined by Royal Mails 1st class delivery service, for a small packet, which we use so our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible and the cost of our packaging which protects the items as they pass through the postal system. “I purchased the 90 x 90 coasters. The goods arrived on time, were very good quality and at a very competitive price. The only thing that stopped me giving a 'very good' instead of 'good' is that the only option for shipping is a next day courier service costing nearly 30% of the cost of the items....ok, I could have bought a boat load and got free postage but i didn't want that many! There should be a cheaper option available for smaller quantities........ and this would stop me purchasing again from this seller if I find someone giving the cheaper option postage rates.”

Good morning Alan, Many thanks for your order and positive review and I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the coasters that you received from us. Regarding our postage costs, if a package is light enough to go by Royal Mail the website will offer this as the first postage option and then the courier service as an alternative for those customers who may want their order quicker. As the coasters weighed nearly 3kg and therefore over the 2kg permitted weight for sending via Royal Mail, the courier option is the only option that we can offer on the quantity that you ordered.
