“I ordered the 25mm diameter handheld disc-cutter over the weekend. It was despatched Monday and delivered by courier on Tuesday. We wanted to use it for cutting-out discs from a non-woven paper/fabric composite. It works brilliantly and represents really good value-for-money!”

Good morning Mira, I'm sorry to hear via your feedback, that you are not happy with the product that you have purchased from us. As the items are not made out of a scratch resistant material, some marking can occur during the manufacturing process however we do pack our orders to reduce any marking occuring during the transit period. I do appreciate that when orders are travelling to Australia, it can be difficult to prevent. We do pride ourselves on our customer service and communication which when you look back at other feedback comments, this is mentioned many times. We did respond to one question made by yourself within a few hours so I can only assume that maybe the response and your order update email may have been sent to your spam/junk folder.
