Hi Bernard, I'm sorry you feel that dpd shipping charges are a 'rip off' - the £7.50 includes vat and we subsidise the shipping from dpd who charge us £9 + vat, - the highroad saddles you purchased we are the cheapest worldwide even including shipping and I don't really think the 1* review is reflective of our service or the product. we trued using the wonderful royal mail who lost more than we sent out with them so made an executive decision to increase the shipping prices by £2.50 and keep the saddle prices the same so customers can still benefit from the lower prices in store. unfortunately couriers costs have increased considerably over the last few years but this is outside of our control

“From ease of use purchasing via website to communication, for example ordered late Saturday and received informative email reply stating how long the amp would take for it to arrive for they are made to order, the whole process was excellent. I was able to try several instruments and compare them. After deciding on the right one for me the staff did a set up and fitted new strings. Very pleased with my new guitar and the friendly service.”
