Hi Bernard, I'm sorry you feel that dpd shipping charges are a 'rip off' - the £7.50 includes vat and we subsidise the shipping from dpd who charge us £9 + vat, - the highroad saddles you purchased we are the cheapest worldwide even including shipping and I don't really think the 1* review is reflective of our service or the product. we trued using the wonderful royal mail who lost more than we sent out with them so made an executive decision to increase the shipping prices by £2.50 and keep the saddle prices the same so customers can still benefit from the lower prices in store. unfortunately couriers costs have increased considerably over the last few years but this is outside of our control

“Hiscox koffer besteld zoals afgebeeld op de website. Speciaal bij Musicstreet besteld vanuit Nederland vanwege het rode interieur die in Nederland niet verkrijgbaar is. Ontvang ik een koffer met grijs interieur die ik ook in Nederland kan kopen voor minder geld. Reactie van Musicstree: dit had ik kunnen lezen in de beschrijving.. tja.. dom van mij.. de foto’s zijn op zijn minst misleidend”

Sorry Frank, the Hiscox Standard cases vary with the internal lining colour which is why we state that in the description, the pro cases generally have the red lining but are more expensive. obviously it doesn't affect the functionality of the case and they are still the best protection for your guitar.

Hi Stephen, we did notify you it was going to be end of october before stock was back in on this product from Duesenberg to check you were ok to wait. apologies for the delay but unfortunately we're at the mercy of the manufacturer in this instance. it was sent friday with the courier moments after our delivery arrived and will be with you on monday.
