“I wouldn't class myself as a musician. I'm someone who knows a few chords and can rattle out some pub classic when I'm bored. I went into MusicStreet today to replace the £20 charity shop guitar I bought a few decades ago. The guy who served me (sorry, didn't catch your name), was really helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he wasn't sneering or condescending about my obvious lack of talent, which is something a lot of guitar shops never get right. Great experience. Will be back.”

“I had been tentatively looking to trade in a bass that I never really got on with for a few months. Once again searching the internet Music Street came up in response to a particular manufacturer I was interested in and there amongst their stock was a beautiful fretless bass, something I had wanted to have a go at for many years but had never got around too, coupled with the fact that I had recently been reading about and listening to certain fretless players made the decision to visit Music Street an easy one. On arrival I was welcomed and invited to have a browse around a very well stocked store, many top names on display a veritable guitar players paradise. Obviously I searched out the bass section and there it was, “my” new bass. I played it a little and knew right away, we were made for each other. A p/x deal was swiftly done and was very fair from my point of view. The guys in the shop were all friendly and helpful and I will definitely be visiting in the future, well worth the 75 minute drive from home.”

“I ordered a bass and asked whether they could take a look at it before shipping…. action, intonation, frets etc… I’ve personally found this is only usually something that’s get done on ‘expensive / high end’ guitars/basses however this bass was more ‘budget friendly’ yet arrived perfectly setup and as described. Really happy with the service and product. Would recommend/use again.”
