“I bought some strings and guitar cleaner, the prices were competitive but I think the £7 postage made it a bit expensive. A competitor offers free postage on orders over £30... as my order was over £50 I would preferred to have not paid so much in couriers fees.”

“Beautiful guitar... would be 5 stars but I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for delivery.Should have been informed about that,but the quality of the guitar was well worth the wait.”

“Great price, super quick delivery. Only negatives are the guitar description didn’t mention the guitar only came with three trem springs (factory is five and the removed springs weren’t included in the case) and didn’t mention the strap buttons had been replaced with strap locks (originals were included in the case though)”

“I bought my first "serious" guitar recently. Sam and others were truly helpful and friendly, as was the PRS representative who was there for a special event. I am very happy with the guitar, and the buying experience. One star missing, as the store is very small and cramped, and while they do their best to give you time and space to try your purchase, a separate "audition studio" would work better for me.”
