“Bought a lovely used Fender Jaguar from them and both chaps in the store were very friendly and helpful. The guitar itself had some wiring issues but these were quickly fixed and so I cannot fault the customer service. We then also bought a lovely acoustic guitar for my wife who is over the moon with it. Both guitars had fresh strings of our choosing at no extra cost and we have received loads of advice from them as well. Please come see these it’s if you want to buy a guitar, new or used. They personally inspect and set up every guitar they sell and ensure it is tip top condition, unlike just ordering from an online store. You also then get top tier post sales support. Cannot recommend them enough.”

“Great amp with quick delivery. just wish the Orange amp box was inside another box for protection. This was for a present and with the box being tatty it doesn't look good. Apart from that the amp is fine though.”
