Tony is not only a lovely guy but also a player himself and this is reflected everywhere in the culture of the shop. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“I have purchased two guitars from Music street in Feb 2023, PRS Modern Eagle and a HS Anderson Mad Cat reissue V2. Both purchase experiences were excellent; communication with Tony, shipping speed, and transit packaging and the guitars arrived in pristine condition. A+++. Also I part exchanged almost new PRS S2 McCarty in the deal. Really friendly knowledgeable helpful guys, very happy, will purchase again from them soon, highly recommend.”

I sent multiple messages via their web chat and always got reponses very quickly, that were acurate and very helpful, including the weight of the guitar and multiple photos of the blemish that made it a b stock item. Sent me a personalised link to pay after knocking a bit off the asking price, and the guitar arrived 2 days later even though i bought it after hours. Cracking stuff all round.”

“Price, customer service, delivery time. Can't fault anything except the person who restrung the guitar didnt do ay wrap around on the pegs ....so that when i tuned to pitch and loosened one of the tuning pegs the string popped out and couldn't get it back in . I had to replace 2 strings. Think the least you could have done was send a new set of strings. Otherwise very happy”

Apologies your Duesenberg multibender took longer than expected to arrive, we can only go by the eta's the manufacturers give us, unfortunately hold-ups with customs and postal strikes are out of our control.
