“The purchase was for a used guitar. It arrived the day after ordering and was in immaculate condition. It looked brand new. The guitar had been restrung and a full setup had been done. There was a card inside confirming the actions taken in the setup, and after stretching in the new strings the guitar played perfectly. Fantastic service.”

“NEW BEAUTIFUL PRS CUSTOM 24-08 IN PURPLE MIST (ARRIVED 8/5/2025) Thanks ever so much for all your help. The guitar arrived today (on my birthday, yay!) and it's just beautiful! I took it out and got playing straight away! Couldn't put it down for like 2 hours straight out of the box! I love the way it feels in my hands and the versatility of the pickups, wow! I'm sure I have just tickled the surface so far and am really looking forward to getting to know it much better over the coming years. This has been a fabulous birthday already and that's in no small measure due to receiving my beautiful new PRS. I love the action and the strings work well for me, so please thank your technician for doing such a good job there. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I have received it safely (and superbly packaged, thank you) and I'm blown away by it's beauty and playability. Cheers, Simon.”

“The couriers (DPD) that were supposed to be delivering my parcel from Music Street were awful, lying about having tried to deliver! However, I emailed Music Street about this and they were on it, ringing the courier and giving them hell and keeping me in the loop with phone calls to. Net result? The courier delivered my package the next day. Couldn't fault Music Street, except maybe for their choice of courier!”

“Able to sample several bass guitars with absolutely no pressure to buy. In the end I opted for the cheapest - £199 for an Aria pro II. It was all that I needed. The service continued as if I had just bought a vintage American Precission!”

“While I am happy with the product but it appears it was either a returned product or it was ex-show room. The original box was taped with off the market tape and Allen rench and tremolo camen in opened plastic bag. I don’t mind a returned product or ex-show room even but should be mentioned clearly on the purchase and probably discounted as well.”

Sorry you feel this way Vikram, it's definitely not a return or demo guitar, we do however need to open the boxes to check and setup on our workbench prior to sending out; otherwise you would have received an inferior playing guitar, so we check the tree arm fits in the block and all aspects of the guitar are functioning properly as we get instruments in for setups supplied by other retailers in who just send the box out without checking and sometimes there are some real horrendous problems. but please be assured your guitar was new (just setup how it should be)
