“I ordered a bass and asked whether they could take a look at it before shipping…. action, intonation, frets etc… I’ve personally found this is only usually something that’s get done on ‘expensive / high end’ guitars/basses however this bass was more ‘budget friendly’ yet arrived perfectly setup and as described. Really happy with the service and product. Would recommend/use again.”

“Can't fault the customer service, product knowledge or delivery time. I even had an immediate telephone call after my order was placed to clarify one of the items on the order. They recommended different strings to what I had ordered as they were unsuitable for the guitar I bought. Amazing service and highly recommend buying from them!”

“Musicstreet had an Aria bass with £200 off the usual price. I telephoned just to check this was correct-took 10 attempts to get through but I guess it’s because they’re busy. Guy I spoke to was helpful and confirmed the price reduction. I ordered on-line and it arrived the following week. This is a great bass to play and looks the business too. I would use Musicstreet again.”

“I bought an upgrade guitar here . I enjoyed great service from knowledgeable, helpful staff. I was guided through which items in their wide range of stock might meet what I was looking for. I had plenty of time on my own handling the guitars before I made a decision. I was then offered a good trade in price for my old Yamaha dreadnought. I love my new TANGLEWOOD Winterleaf which is of course set up properly by the guys in the store who clearly take care of every instrument and customer. To me it makes no sense to buy something so individual as a guitar without trying it first. Long live music shops like this.”

Hi Bernard, I'm sorry you feel that dpd shipping charges are a 'rip off' - the £7.50 includes vat and we subsidise the shipping from dpd who charge us £9 + vat, - the highroad saddles you purchased we are the cheapest worldwide even including shipping and I don't really think the 1* review is reflective of our service or the product. we trued using the wonderful royal mail who lost more than we sent out with them so made an executive decision to increase the shipping prices by £2.50 and keep the saddle prices the same so customers can still benefit from the lower prices in store. unfortunately couriers costs have increased considerably over the last few years but this is outside of our control
