“The owner was very understanding of my complaint ... The courier is NOT VERY GOOD. The boxed Guitar was opened at the bottom something i did not notice when it was delivered. The case locks had been damaged , the Guitar floating bridge was not in position and had scratched the body of the guitar . Further damage was noticed . I immediately phoned the shop to tell them what had happend and arranged to deliver the guitar back to them the next day .This was a 2-1/2 hr drive and over a 200-mile round trip . At the shop the next day staff were horrified as to what had happened and agreed to make a full refund which i am waiting for . The staff were all very nice to deal with . I would recommend anyone to the shop . Thank you again Musicstreet . (The very poor rating does not reflect Musicstreet but the courier company.)”

“Excellent experience shopping with MusicStreet. Sam was extremely helpful and got the Vox AC30C2 shipped out immediately. The same cannot be said of DPD, but that's another story! Hopefully, MusicStreet get their carriage refunded from DPD. I cannot recommend MusicStreet enough, will definitely be using these folks again 👍🏻”

“Ordered some Duesenberg guitar strings as could not seem to find them available or in stock on any other popular Guitar retailer websites. Although not in stock, Musicstreet managed to source these for me and had them delivered to me a few weeks later. Now got the strings I specifically wanted for my Starplayer TV Deluxe. Whilst waiting for these strings Musicstreet emailed me with updates as to their progress in obtaining these which had to be obtained from overseas. No complaints with the service Musicsteet provided and I have used them in the past for other guitar accessories which they supplied me with. Regards. Alan R.”
