“I went to get my acoustic guitar set up as it had not been serviced for around three years and also to look at dreadnought acoustics to get a second instrument for playing live. I had expected the set up to take a few days and incur charges as advertised. I wasn't sure they would have a suitable dreadnought in stock. To my delight, they said the setup required was minimal so I paid very little and took the guitar away with me. I also found a new guitar that was ideal and it was already set up and ready to go. I'm delighted.”

“Great service at music street. I’d seen a bass guitar that I wanted. I messaged and asked if they could get it. They ordered it in without me having to commit to buying it, then let me try it to make sure I liked it. Additionally, they offered me a really fair price on the one that I traded in. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were also really friendly whilst I was in the shop.”
