After placing my order, my new guitar arrived within about 3 days. On delivery I noticed there was some slight damage to the saddle. I suspected that the guitar was sent out like this. I contacted Music Street and they stated that it would not have been sent out in this condition and that it must have happened in transit. However, they were very good and sent me a new saddle really quickly. Anyway, all is good now and I am very happy with my new guitar and Music Street's service.
