“Excellent Customer Service - bought my second major purchase, a Line 6 Amp/Effects unit. Phoned the store on a Thursday then afterwards ordered it online. It was dispatched that day and I received it the next morning. Very well packaged, and I received regular updates on dispatch and delivery. IMO they are the best music retailer.”

“Good experience part exchanged a guitar which i couldnt get to grips with ,absolutely no fuss.Staff at this store very helpful and laid back as i like it,you could browse all day at this aladins cave of some fine guitars.Happy with my no fuss purchase it was not a top of the range but either way i feel i would have got the same treatment. It will be a pleasure to return for any of my needs in the near future,great store.”
