“The sofa is of decent quality for the discounted price. Comfortable as a sofa bed but uncomfortable as a sofa. The delivery system wasn't flexible at all when trying to rearrange the dates given.”

“The delivery was brilliant, delivery man amazing but the wardrobe is not perfect. The holes for the drawers were drilled incorrectly it was impossible to fit two drawers. Hubby needed to drill extra holes. The instruction/manual is a mistake, very unclear, it took my husband 7 hours to built that wardrobe and this was not the first wardrobe he made. In fact he made a build in wardrobe himself so assembling a flat pack one shouldn't be an issue but it was. Not for amateurs i would say”

“I ordered a sofa via the website. The order process was very straight forward and easy to use . One element I was disappointed about is the colour of the sofa greatly differd from the colour in the picture of the colour that I selected. I appreciate there was going to be a slight different but having selected milton number 14 which shows as a dark grey I was shocked that the sofa was a light grey that was almost white in colour and certainly not a colour I would have picked with children in the house .. in terms of the delivery it was spot on . Two very friendly and helpful men helped get the sofa in and out together .”

“Ordered sofa, received wrong colours. Lady said I have to wait again up to 4 weeks, after that another lady said it’s 6-8 weeks. Didn’t even offered discount for wrong delivery. Quality of sofa is good.”

“I wouldn’t be able to speak on quality of the sofa as I still haven’t received mine. I’ve ordered in January, we are in March and I still don’t have it It took one month for the sofa to arrive, but on delivery the sofa they brought was green, when what I ordered was meant to be black. It had to be sent back and the black one done again, so it took again ages! Had to cancel my mother-in-law’s flight to come in as she wouldn’t have anything to sleep on. After all the fuss and the fact that they could not bring it fast after they made a mistake, they wouldn’t even agree to not charge me for £40 extra for the change of floors from ground to first floor. Overall, customer service very disappointing!”

“Delivery drivers was very friendly the sofa bed is very comfortable only issue was the colour when I ordered the sofa I thought I ordered black when it arrived it was brown. I ordered soft 3 which I thought was firmness as it didn’t state actual colour eg black brown blue etc. i contacted them they said I ordered soft 3 which was the colour there was no colour name next to it just numbers. I’m now use to the sofa and really like it. But it’s besides the point.”

“Company is great, quick delivery and quickly fitted in our living room. However, the sofa did not meet our expectations — I guess that’s the risk of buying online. Basically we ordered the Costi sofabed which is rather hard and doesn’t hug you as you sit on it. Another downside of this particular sofa is the wasted space on the back side of the sofa which cannot be used. The only benefit is when you open the bed side then it’s all good and that’s what we intend to do. On hindsight, I prefer to have paid a little more but felt the sofa in reality. As I say, 3 things in life must be tested before commitment — the car, the sofa and the wife ;)”

“I have bought 2 identical real-leather corner sofa beds from MSofas, about six months apart. The sofas are very good quality, delivery took about 6 weeks both times, but one of the sofa beds had the faux leather mattress cover that we paid for, the other didn't...but because we moved 2 houses due to separation, and were extremely busy, we did not realise that the first sofa wasn't manufactured as ordered and paid for and was missing the faux leather cover for the pull-out mattress. Communication with the company can be difficult sometimes.”

“Hard to choose and decide colour choices as the imagines were so small and the website is not developed well in my opinion. The sale was supposed to end soon but it reset as soon as it did? This forced me to choose my choices fast although I didn’t actually need to rush But I am happy with the colours I have chosen although I’ve not set it up yet. Most importantly the delivery service was amazing in terms of the face to face treatment. My intercom was broken and the gentleman managed to enter the building and notify me the sofa will be brought up to my 14th floor, almost every delivery of whatever sort, the couriers struggle and give up in finding my building due to the location of it. The gentleman even gave me a brief explanation of how to set it up and offered to put it together but was not yet ready to so. Delivery time was long but thats not a complaint at all as Iknow they’re made to order and the demand at the time was high. In terms of first impressions of the sofa the foundations seem to not be of the highest quality but I do believe I have 90% got my money’s worth”

“Very happy with sofa, delivery drivers were great. However very unhappy with the customer service. There was an initial mistake with my order, which was fine - these things happen. However from that point onwards I was repeatedly mislead time and time again about how long it would take to rectify. Every time I was given an update about when to expect contact, it turned out not to be true. I was left paying for a sofa for months when I had not received it. If I had known how long it would take, I would have cancelled, or accepted it, but at least I would not have spent months wondering when it would arrive.”

“Beautiful looking sofa and great colour as expected but stained in quite a few places. Stains feel hard, feels like glue And it’s quite visible. Absolutely devastated as husband hasn’t checked properly when it has arrived.”

“The sofa was delivered damaged, 3 legs chipped. The driver took pictures of the damage and told me I would be contacted which has not happened. After-sales service is lacking. But the sofa is good.”
