“The sofa is not bad, but we wait for it for much longer then was promised from beginning.”

“All seemed good and well until a problem came up with the sofa and then it was a longwinded process to get stuff fixed. They did it but the last time that the sofa got fixed it came up worse for wear but no point arguing over it now. Generally nice people but just a little disappointed with my own experience”

“Great size , easy to assemble but.. I wish I could touch and see all the materials samples for sofa as I choose wrong material for environment with pets .. after 3 months is already scratched and material looks like used and old.”

“The sofa itself is lovely, colour is Perfect. However, whoever works at their ‘customer service’ department needs an immediate 101 on how to speak to customers. Absolutely rude, sarcastic, and cheeky. I requested certain weekdays options for delivery from the offset, and kept being sent a day that I would be working. I called to politely request a different option(s) and was given such a mouthful of sarcasm, I honestly couldn’t speak for shock at first! He’s clearly been schooled by Basil Fawlty. I eventually had to settle for a 5am delivery as they wouldn’t budge at all on the delivery, no flexibility at all. Shame, because the product itself is really great. But that guy on the phone..? Wow.. just wow…”

“sofa came damaged and they took a bit long to honour me a partial refund rather than replace the sofa (i wasn't too happy with the amount but did not want to wait another couple of months for a sofa) but other than that the quality of the sofa seems good (I've had it for less than a year so may be too early to tell)”

“Soffa it's self is nice and comfortable but takes a lot space. We used once as bed but it is not that good. It's not strong. Feels like you can break slabs then sitting on.I still like soffa because it's easy to clean and it's very practical with children and looks nice. Looking for coffee table.”

“very happy with my sofa bed there was an issue with the mattress base and it had to be replaced, this was under the 2 year warranty. initially the response was brilliant and the guys came out to repair, however the mechanism was fine, it was a case of the replacing the actual base. it took a while for customer services to contact me to advise what was happening, i had to send 3 emails and 2 phone calls before i got a response, which was frustrating. But now all is fixed and sleeping marvellously”

“Bit disappointed,the price is not adequate to the quality. Cushions on the seat area feels too soft and getting used quickly when sitting on the same favourite place on the sofa. It seems that sofa won't last long in decent condition.”
