“Hello, I hope you are doing well. This is our second purchase from M Sofas, both were sofas, and we are very happy with the product design, quality, and service. I have to however rate this last experience a 3 star as there was a defect with the product delivered. One of the legs of the sofa was damaged, it was not fixable and is now glued together. I hope it last like the other one and I'm hoping it won't give us any trouble going forward. If you would like to speak to me about the experience, I will be available at 07491290166. Thank you. “The sofa looks nice if put together however smells like dead fish. Its still smells awful after a week. The material is cheap. The seats don’t align perfectly as you can see in the picture. I only had go with it cause I was in rush. Delivered fast and as expected.”

“Unfortunately the sofa is not too comfortable as the seating area is too short. It because very unpleasant to sit on it for longer periods. We are very disappointed.”

“Initial order and change of fabric choice was all very smooth and with good timely communication. The time to getting the sofa was fairly long, we ordered in November but got the sofa in February. Delivery was good, nice chaps who put the sofa together. I appreciate you can’t try sofas online so it is a risk. So although the sofa looks as I expected (very nice) the sofa itself is extremely firm. It’s firm to sit on and too firm to sleep on in its sofa bed form. Some friends recently stayed over and said it was like sleeping on the floor.”

“Lies about delivery times instead 3-6 weeks as promoted it takes 10 weeks to deliver sofa like everywhere . Sofa 9/10 .”

“Little communication regarding delivery. I paid extra for delivery to 1st floor flat. Delivery man asked for £50 extra because he had to break down sofa to get through my door. It took him less than 5 minutes to reassemble it . I paid him less than £50”

“Everything great with the exception of a mistake in the order, the sofa come with silver legs and i wanted them black… as in the picture of the web.”

“The colour of the sofa I received and the colour of the sofa on the picture I asked for is completely different and I’m very disappointed about that. If it wasn’t for the hassle of taking the sofa back out and down the building i would definitely be shipping it back. It’s a completely different colour not at all the same not even close. The sofa is nice and comfortable we will see if it lasts it’s very big when opened up in to a bed . Delivery service was excellent very friendly helpful and polite guys . Can’t fault the delivery. My only disappointment is the colour of the sofa and that’s a big disappointment as it’s not even close to the picture”

“I have mixed views, Ive bought 3 sofas from you now. 1 which broke about 3 or 4 years in and so we bought the same sofa (interestingly where the old sofa broken the new sofa version had been reinforced so I assume this had obviously happened to other customers). However the new sofa we were recommeneded to have fake leather and after time this degraded such that the material was flaking off. badly We looked to try to get something done as the sofa itself was still in great condition apart from the leather. When we called were advised that this is common occurrence with this material. So why were we advised at the time of purchase that this would be an issue?. Anyway you did nothing and so we were not that happy (Poor service) but your sofa are so reasonably priced and are great value that we bit the bullet and replaced with a similar sofa this time choosing a non leather material and I have to say its great! the guys that delivered, also great and very helpful as they unboxed and assembled, Great Service guys! It was just a bit annoying that we had to dispose of a perfectly good sofa.”

“I just felt there should have been more communication from them with updates on the progress of the order, as I paid for the sofa in full on ordering. Sofa is well made and lovely. Divery men put it together and removed and took away all packaging with them, which was a bonus. Would recommend the company.”

“Delivery was great, sofa bed was easy enough to assemble. However, I was not impressed that the sofa back was not covered in upholstery material, just the same colour thin fabric as you get on the parts that are not seen. As the sofa is placed away from a wall you can see the back of the sofa and the fabric used on the back lets it down, other than that it is a lovely sofa bed.”

“Sofa came with one leg less(middle one).Delivery guys said that “sometimes they have 5 legs sometimes 4”(factory problems because they forgot to drill the fifth hole), and this was like funny for them! Now the sofa is not stabile and waiting for more than 6 weeks to be sorted out! I ve wrote more than 10 emails to customer service but problem in there is that the girls are unprofessional and really disturbed when you call plus they don’t have a clue about the job”

“Hello I have been trying to contact someone Sofa has scratches and cracks Also there are holes needed to attach but fabric is covering the holes We assembled ourselves so couldn’t review before delivery men left”
