I would love to give a review of the product. However after nearly 20 weeks the Sofa I ordered still hasn't arrived. Not only has it not arrived, after constantly following up with MSofas, I still haven't been given a delivery window. Each time I follow up I've been told "we'll send you a delivery time in the next 2 weeks". Each person I've spoken to has been courteous and understanding, but as of right now I really can't recommend MSofa. Especially if you need a sofa at some point this year!

hard to communicate, try to complane get back polite answers without any solution, bedding draw came damage, has bin changed in couple weeks, but nothing has bin dane whit the headrest, and in general quality not the best.

We ordered a sofa on the website with an option of 3-6 weeks delivery. Different from what is now on the website. After the order had been placed and paid we received an email with the information of the long waiting time to 12 weeks due to covid etc. You won't get any updates on the delivery or the process of your order. We had to chase the company every time to ask for an update and you are going to be told only lies and bare minimum pieces of information. You have to wait until the order arrives and then they will send you an update. We ordered the sofa at the beginning of July and some point finds out that the manufacturing place in Europe is shut down for a month. We wanted to cancel the order so we gave them a call and were told of a 50% deduction of the total amount of the order which was around £1350.00. There is a guy called Darius who is very unprofessional and rude to be served by. Avoid when calling. This company knew about the shut down of the manufacturing place in August as this happens every year. This company is running in the UK for several years and should have this information on their website so customers know the real waiting time over the summer period. Darius lied to us about the shutdown for 4 weeks. The company was shut for almost two months. They don't communicate with each other so every time you give them a call you can get a few different pieces of information. The quality of the furniture is amazing. If we had to review only the sofa we would give 5 stars. The quality of the sofa and how it's made is perfect. The sofa is very comfortable and very well made. The quality of the material is a high standard and looks better than on the pictures on the website. We absolutely love the sofa, however, we would not recommend the company because of the customer service.

When originally delivered the bed sofa was damaged and also the corners of the arms had sharp wooden edges that could be felt and seen through the material. This was addressed and new arms were ordered and when delivered one was OK the other was the same as the previous, they said they would rectify this (months ago) since then nothing and the arm that was OK is now the same. I requested a refund under their guarantee as other issues became apparent, for example, a creaking/cracking sound when it was being sat on, the material is also showing stretch marks, to date no reply and this was sent over weeks if not now over a month ago with no response to date

After ages of considering which sofa to buy, and finding the one that was fitting the dimensions requirements. we finally found it. Waited for about more than 2 months to arrive. When it finally arrived, we started to experience issues after 2 weeks. It started to squeak. When we reported it, they sent 2 people over who apparently identified the issue and odered new parts to be replaced. We waited for around another month. They came, replaced the part and told us everything is fixed. The sofa started to squeak again just after a week. Then, apparently, they called in someone more specialised in a furniture. He came and apparently fixed the problem. And as you may guess, we still have a squeaking sofa. Not to mention it was just above £1000. NOT CHEAP! Althoguh the design is nice, it is definitely made of very cheap wood/plywood. I would personaly invest slighly bit more mone and buy from elsewhere.

In the installation of the sofa, the guys broke one of my wardrobes and scratched one of the walls while I was trying to fix the wardrobe. I told the customer service what happened and they did not compensate me for the damages in any way. Disappointed. About the sofa, it looks nice but is much less comfy than expected.

After receiving our sofa, the comfort is ok, the quality isn't worth the cost. After complaining about an manufacturing issue, the issue was only resolved after constantly chasing for answers, it took nearly a year to resolve and I'm still not completely happy but it was my only resolution as i was only given 1 option. Customer service is appalling, i don't expect a company to ignore correspondence from customers, manage expectations, if you say I'll respond by close of play today, respond! I shoul've followed my gut and gone with DFS! Least they have a 15 year guarantee.

Good looking sofa bed but not very well made at all.The part you pull out to make it as a bed it’s almost not cushioned at all and it sounds like it’s going to break it’s suck bad wood.The part you lift for under storage doesn’t stay up at all and it’s so heavy to lift and take bedding at the same time. Really bad!!!

We were very pleased when we got our sofa delivered, however in a very short time the cushioning started to dip on one side, looking really bad.

We have ordered 3 months ago our sofa. After the first month they asked for the measurements of the entrance and room and confirmed that It will fit. So we waited for another 2 months for our sofa to arrive but It didn't fit. Our entrance door frame was 65cm and the lounge part of the sofa was 75cm. These sofas are not modular, which means the arm rest is attached to the sides and can not be removed. So be aware before you order. After 3 months waiting in our new house without a sofa and ending this waiting game like this was frustrating. When we ordered it was advertised the order will be received within 3 to 6 week. I have emailed them before the purchase, asking about the delivery time and they said 8 to 10 weeks but It took almost 12 weeks. Also the ongoing and soon ending discount is a lie. Over the last 3 months there is always a discount count down saying It ends within 12 hours. So don't rush to buy like we did. It is a classic sales tactic. The reasons why I gave 2 stars are: 1) At the end It arrived in a good wrapping. Although I didn't like the attitude of the delivery guys when they said It is not their problem when It didn't fit through the door, It arrived after a long waiting. 2) When I emailed them about the situation they were silent. I had to call them to chase and the representative over the phone suggested to send another sofa and I refused and wanted a refund. They said It is not a problem and I got my money back within a week. Overall I would suggest not to go with this company If you don't want to wait for 3 months and end up with nothing and try to get a refund. Now we ordered from the famous Swedish furniture supplier and the delivery time is one week.

The sofa itself is brilliant, however that’s where the positives end. The guys who delivered rushed in and out and told me I had to assemble it myself. I then discovered bolts were missing to put it together, over a month later they still have not been delivered however I am “reassured” they are coming soon.

The sofa came with some glue stain from the manufacturer. This is not acceptable... The sofa is good though
