I am very disappointed with the recent service. I have placed an order and got email with delivery date and time which wasn't suitable for me, and I wanted to reschedule my delivery. I was aware, that I could only do it once. I have put the details requested to reschedule the delivery and next day women from call centre/customer service department called me and simply said that I have to accept the date I was offered as she cannot tell me when the next delivery in my area will be!!!!???? I was pushed to accept the date and time even that I have explained that I would be after 12 h night shift on that morning and my husband will be away so I would have to pay extra for upstairs delivery.I wasn't given an option and as an explanation why I cannot choose another day for the delivery I was told that because the warehouse/company is somwhere up north they don't do delivery very often to the south part of the country where I live. It's very bad especially when there is a home delivery (without the distance restrictions) available and I have paid for it !!!! When I have asked the delivery team how often they do delivery around my area they said ,that they are travelling to the area at least once a week. I am hoping ,that customer service at the customer department will be imroved and be at least satisfactory as the delivery/drivers with professional manners . I

My sofa was delivered two weeks ago. After one week I have received another text asking me to accept deliver time . I could not understand what was going on … I thought was a mistake and I wrote a message into the system . After one day I was contacted by the team who was saying they forgot two pillows and they wanted to deliver them the following Saturday . I told them I was not at home . I have suggested to leave at the concierge. Despite that the following Saturday I was called two times insistently while I was working and could not answer. When I went home nobody left the pillows . How they can expect to deliver additional items that they forgot to deliver when it shouts them and clearly not following any instruction.

Communication with reference delivery, deposit was non existent and no Communication within the office. Promises never kept.

Although the desk was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, it took over 7 weeks to be delivered. It appears Msofas act as an agent for a furniture company in Poland. When my desk eventually arrived the assembly instructions were in Polish only and none of the parts were numbered. It was a nightmare to assemble this way, and I had to follow small sketches. The desk when eventually assembled is a nice looking desk, but I have to ask myself was 8t worth waiting that long???

Asked to return sofa, it took 3 weeks to collect it, which is inconvenient but I understand it can take time. Policy states that you should receive a refund in 14 days, today is day 16 and still no refund or any communication from their side.

quick turn around for order and delivery. Poor communication and turn around in receiving refund for sofa i did not like as the colour was a totally differnt colour to the one advertised and sold

The overall buying experience was very good, the Customer Service team was responsive, the delivery was within the agreed lead time. Unfortunately the sofa itself it's very uncomfortable. I have purchased a Candy Sofa without testing ir seeing it and now I wish I haven't .

This is a difficult review..l have taken a couple of weeks to summarize my view .....design is great...the quality of build and manufacture great.....but comfort ?!!..hard as rock..l can't even imagine why the supplier would think this a sofa anyone could relax on..maybe the super high density foam that used against board and not sprung in anyway may soften in a year or two !!! I suppose l will have to wait and see..

Everything went quite smooth since start of the purchase. However, customer service wasn’t really great. The women who dealt with my case wasn’t very polite but She was very helpful anyway.the delivery came within two weeks which was ok. The delivery man who came to our house wanted us to do a lot of works before they can move in the sofa which was not expected. The guy failed to show us how the sofa bed mechanics work which lead to a big problem afterward. The bed was very hard to pull and tuck in. First I had problem of pulling it up and o asked customer service. A guy was then contacted me very promptly which I appreciated . However he was then again not very polite and thought I was yelling at him which I was not and things got pretty bad afterward without anything got sorted. I was then figured out how to pull the sofa out and I was then having another trouble to put the bed back into the sofa. The main reasons of all these problem was because the sofa wasn’t built very neatly and was slightly out of the shape so it made it harder to pull in and out of the sofa. I did ask if they check everything work perfectly before they came but they refused to answer me this question but only saying it’s an ex display. However ex display isn’t a faulty item . They did say it’s got no problems at all when I placed the order . But the second customer service which I asked about the sofa bed mechanics refused to answer me if the sofa bed was being checked before they leave the factory. I doubt it has been tested otherwise this problem could be easily noticed as it’s not just pull in and out of the sofa. There is a little angle that went slight out of the line so we had to push very hard or pull very hard to make it work which I don’t think it should suppose to be like that as you can see the line wasn’t straight . So overall I am a bit disappointed and I should have checked their review on the website before I bought it. So just be aware if you are going with m sofas , their customer service is the part that needs to watch out with. However their sofa is good so far but the faulty party was another thing that’s hard to avoid with online purchases. Next time I will stick with DFS perhaps.

I would love to give a review of the product. However after nearly 20 weeks the Sofa I ordered still hasn't arrived. Not only has it not arrived, after constantly following up with MSofas, I still haven't been given a delivery window. Each time I follow up I've been told "we'll send you a delivery time in the next 2 weeks". Each person I've spoken to has been courteous and understanding, but as of right now I really can't recommend MSofa. Especially if you need a sofa at some point this year!

hard to communicate, try to complane get back polite answers without any solution, bedding draw came damage, has bin changed in couple weeks, but nothing has bin dane whit the headrest, and in general quality not the best.

We ordered a sofa on the website with an option of 3-6 weeks delivery. Different from what is now on the website. After the order had been placed and paid we received an email with the information of the long waiting time to 12 weeks due to covid etc. You won't get any updates on the delivery or the process of your order. We had to chase the company every time to ask for an update and you are going to be told only lies and bare minimum pieces of information. You have to wait until the order arrives and then they will send you an update. We ordered the sofa at the beginning of July and some point finds out that the manufacturing place in Europe is shut down for a month. We wanted to cancel the order so we gave them a call and were told of a 50% deduction of the total amount of the order which was around £1350.00. There is a guy called Darius who is very unprofessional and rude to be served by. Avoid when calling. This company knew about the shut down of the manufacturing place in August as this happens every year. This company is running in the UK for several years and should have this information on their website so customers know the real waiting time over the summer period. Darius lied to us about the shutdown for 4 weeks. The company was shut for almost two months. They don't communicate with each other so every time you give them a call you can get a few different pieces of information. The quality of the furniture is amazing. If we had to review only the sofa we would give 5 stars. The quality of the sofa and how it's made is perfect. The sofa is very comfortable and very well made. The quality of the material is a high standard and looks better than on the pictures on the website. We absolutely love the sofa, however, we would not recommend the company because of the customer service.

When originally delivered the bed sofa was damaged and also the corners of the arms had sharp wooden edges that could be felt and seen through the material. This was addressed and new arms were ordered and when delivered one was OK the other was the same as the previous, they said they would rectify this (months ago) since then nothing and the arm that was OK is now the same. I requested a refund under their guarantee as other issues became apparent, for example, a creaking/cracking sound when it was being sat on, the material is also showing stretch marks, to date no reply and this was sent over weeks if not now over a month ago with no response to date
