“very happy with my sofa bed there was an issue with the mattress base and it had to be replaced, this was under the 2 year warranty. initially the response was brilliant and the guys came out to repair, however the mechanism was fine, it was a case of the replacing the actual base. it took a while for customer services to contact me to advise what was happening, i had to send 3 emails and 2 phone calls before i got a response, which was frustrating. But now all is fixed and sleeping marvellously”

“The sofa is brilliant. It comes apart easily to get through the front door. Started out very stiff but after a few days softened up nicely and now is super comfy. We didn't pay the extra to get the pull out bit in the same material but we pull it out as a foot rest all the time so wish we did now. Delivery was longer than stated but I kept pestering through the live chat and someone always got back to me with updates.”

“Bit disappointed,the price is not adequate to the quality. Cushions on the seat area feels too soft and getting used quickly when sitting on the same favourite place on the sofa. It seems that sofa won't last long in decent condition.”

“Good looking sofa bed but not very well made at all.The part you pull out to make it as a bed it’s almost not cushioned at all and it sounds like it’s going to break it’s suck bad wood.The part you lift for under storage doesn’t stay up at all and it’s so heavy to lift and take bedding at the same time. Really bad!!!”

“I found it quite stressful not to be able to try the sofa before buying, but the one I got is really comfortable, good quality and it fits perfectly in my living room! The staff was always very nice on the phone despite me having to change the type of sofa 2 times! The storage in the Asti Corner Sofa Bed is quite big and the bed is comfortable as well. Oh and the 2 men who delivered and installed my sofa were punctual, efficient, nice and mindful of cleaning the mess from the packaging. It was great experience throughout I really recommend M Sofas. note: I chose the Orion 17 Yellow fabric”

“Sofa came damaged. There was 1 pillow with 1 button only. Team was not friendly, didn’t even speak English. They didn’t like to be asked to wear shoe covers to enter the house. Let me sign full responsibility over the sofa even though they didn’t have time for me to inspect it. They left in a hurry. In fact the sofa was damaged for real.”
