“Good design and prices and as promised. It's been over a month since we took delivery and we are still quite happy with the sofa.... However, the quality of the faux leather is not the best and is starting to look a big 'saggy' especially on one of the 2 parts of the unit - the quality of one part is not as good as the other so I guess this is why the price was so competitive. But the style and design of the sofa is great and not available elsewhere.”

“Simply love the sofa. Elegant, contemporary and sturdy. It took a while to get but the workmen where swift and did a great job. Customer service was polite and accommodating also.”

“Love my sofabed.. sky blue corner, its absolutely perfect and really couldn't fault the price for the quality. The only issue was that the original drivers just dumped the sofa in all wrapping and ran.. to find out later their submitted a different assembled photo.. where on mine it was missing the legs. It was a slight battle with the customer service but I can't fault them as they sorted it and the 2nd drivers fully assembled 2 months later but these things happen it's all about the resolution which was flawless!!”

“I am very pleased with the quality of a sofa and chair I ordered from M Sofa Limited. First of all I was very impressed how well their website is organised so a customer can make a right choice. There is a plenty of fabrics to choose from; a live chat allows to ask all questions before making an order. It happened that I decided to change the chair I ordered in first instance; the customer advisors were very helpful to organise the entire process of exchange. Their own delivery men did their job very well with a maximum care to protect the furniture.”

“Soffa it's self is nice and comfortable but takes a lot space. We used once as bed but it is not that good. It's not strong. Feels like you can break slabs then sitting on.I still like soffa because it's easy to clean and it's very practical with children and looks nice. Looking for coffee table.”

“It's early days as I have only had the sofa for less than a week, so I cannot comment on the quality & longevity. However, what i can say is the communication was excellent, i knew precisely how the order was progressing. It was deliver on time, two great chaps unloaded it, assembled it and took the packaging away. Would i recommend MSOFA ? 100% yes based on my experience to date. I am already looking a new sofa for the kitchen ! MSOFA, super thank you !”

“I had loads of choice over colour, fabric and shape of the sofa. Ordering was easy and it was delivered in just five weeks. I absolutely love it. It’s very comfortable, the colour is amazing and with the stain resistant fabric it’s very easy to keep clean. The headrests are very comfortable. I have no regrets about getting my sofa from M-Sofa and I imagine I will get my next one from there too!”

“very happy with my sofa bed there was an issue with the mattress base and it had to be replaced, this was under the 2 year warranty. initially the response was brilliant and the guys came out to repair, however the mechanism was fine, it was a case of the replacing the actual base. it took a while for customer services to contact me to advise what was happening, i had to send 3 emails and 2 phone calls before i got a response, which was frustrating. But now all is fixed and sleeping marvellously”
