“Yep they got everything right. Am so glad I chose this company. Excellent communication, instant feedback on the access dimensions, email notification for the delivery both prior and on the day, including when it left the warehouse and estimated delivery time, then text notifications. I chose an express sofa so didn’t have to wait and yes it was delivered on time. Great Delivery guys, they assembled the sofa, were friendly, clean efficient. They handed me a two year warranty took my signature then left. All in all perfect, I am super happy with the service and of course the sofa. These people know exactly how to do business, how to design and build affordable quality sofas and how to deliver them without a hitch. 10 out of 10.I have also posted this review on Google.”

“My new sofa arrived and it is everything I wanted. The colour is perfect and the quality is superb. It feels like a much more expensive sofa. The whole process was easy and you were able to speak to a real person if you needed to. It was a great experience. The delivery guys were friendly, they even put the sofa together and took the packaging away. That’s rare theses days. Thank you M Sofas for making beautiful sofas!”

“It wasn’t pick as on the photo , Assamble wasn’t done , I came to the house and boxes are in the middle of the room, while on the phone lady told me that Assamble is included !”
