“If you want to see how difficult it was to buy this armchair please see my emails I think it took about 26 emails to understand what \I was getting. I thought in the end I was buying a Beige/Tan coloured armchair but it arrived Choco coloured ?? I cant remamber seeing this on the actual webpage I was buying from. Ive kept the chair anyway and find it of good quality.”

“The sofa came in poor quality and damaged. I asked for replace it, but they did not. Delivery was made at 22:00. So we found damages only next day when we unwrapped it”

“We were skeptical about ordering from MSofas because we had never heard from them but we are happy with our experience. We called beforehand and spoke to a few people who gave us consistent information that transpired to be the case right up until delivery. We are happy with the sofa compared to a terrible one we had from Made.com before it went bust. We deduct a star because the sofa itself (where the two parts connect) do not line up properly as one of the corners is about an inch shorter than the other one. Delivery was good, however we would have appreciated an interim email just to let us know our order wa still being processed, as it was dispatched about 4-5 weeks after we delivered it. It was made to order so we knew it would take a while, buta short email just letting us know it was still being worked on would have been nice. Overall, would recommend.”
